Y & R Custom Homes, established in 2001, started as a small custom home building venture in San Antonio, Texas, by long-time associates Travis Young and Oscar Rodriguez. Over the years, they have developed a style of design and construction that has caught much attention and broadened the spectrum of elegant, efficient, and affordable homes. With average home sales ranging between $120-$300,000, it is well within the reach of middle-income families to have a home custom designed, and custom built to fit their needs. With our no-cost in-house architectural design, every house, no matter the price, is entirely unique. This fact is the driving force behind our increasing volume of sales. With our main office in San Antonio, most of our homes have been built within the city. However, we have designed and built homes in such communities as Floresville, La Vernia, Lytle, Bandera, Bulverde, Alamo Heights, Terrell Hills, Castroville, & Mico, TX…with the list growing every day.
